Little Rock Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR, is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee daily HR operations and strategic people initiatives. The role focuses on policy development, recruitment, retention, training, and employee relations to support a growing private hospital startup environment.

Your responsibilities include advising management, administering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring safety and health compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management is required.
• Experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, coordination and evaluation of HR policies, programs and practices.
• Lead recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; advise management and staff on HR questions.

Job description

Little Rock Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient March 2027.

Position Summary:

Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous Human Resources management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
