Blackrock Strategy, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute human-resources strategies that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.

This on-site role oversees HR operations, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance programs, and workforce development initiatives at our Huntsville, Alabama office. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance-management processes.
• Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience supporting multi-location or rapidly growing organizations.
• Background in training, organizational development, or change-management initiatives.
• Experience developing HR metrics, dashboards, or workforce-analytics tools.
• Fully on-site position at Blackrock Strategy's Huntsville, Alabama headquarters.
• Standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Regular interaction with employees, applicants, visitors, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Daily use of computers, HR information systems, electronic records, and standard office equipment.
• Work requires the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
• Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on business or operational needs.
