What You’ll Do:
As our HR Manager, you’ll be the architect of an onboarding experience that makes our new hires feel like rockstars from day one. You’ll craft the magic that happens when someone walks through the door (virtually) and transforms into a productive, engaged team member. But that’s not all — you’ll be a trusted advisor on all things people-related, helping us build a thriving, dynamic, and super-charged company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Experience that Wows:
- Imagine this: New hires walk in, and it’s like they’re stepping into an exciting new chapter of their career. That’s the experience you’ll craft, from day one to day 30 (and beyond).
- Develop an onboarding program that’s more than just paperwork — it’s a journey. From introducing our values to setting clear expectations and immersing them in our tools, culture, and community, you’ll ensure they feel at home.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to create role-specific training that makes learning fun, easy, and tailored to each new hire’s needs.
Employee Engagement that Sticks:

People Operations Guru:
- You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, ensuring policies and processes run like a well-oiled machine. From managing HR systems to employee benefits to compliance — you’ve got it covered.

- Tap into your creative side to design and implement a dynamic learning and development program that helps employees level up their skills, reach their potential, and grow with the company.
- Develop and implement engaging learning paths and training resources that go beyond the basics — we want our employees to feel empowered, excited, and equipped to succeed.
Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Collaborate with our hiring managers to ensure we’re bringing in the right people — people who not only have the right skills but also fit the culture we’re building.
- Be a key player in the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates, ensuring every new hire is the perfect match for our values.
Data-Driven Insights for Continuous Improvement:
- You’ll track key HR metrics and use data to refine and improve our HR processes. From employee retention to training success, you’ll be constantly optimizing to make sure we’re creating the best experience for our team.
- Share insights with leadership to help guide decisions that positively impact our culture and employee experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or something that tells us you’re passionate about people and talent. You care about people and their success.
- 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-growing, startup environment. Bonus points if you’ve worked in edtech or a similar field!
- A knack for designing engaging, innovative training programs that people actually enjoy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you can talk to anyone, from new hires to executives, and make them feel heard and valued.
- A solutions-oriented mindset: You thrive when faced with challenges and are always looking for ways to improve processes. You know how to act with urgency, and you aspire to be awesome!
