Job summary

Expert Connections partners with a diversified manufacturer in Upstate, SC to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager who will partner directly with the President to strengthen culture, build employee trust, coach leaders, and drive organizational excellence.

You will lead employee and labor relations, improve engagement and retention, strengthen HR policies, and lead organizational development initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Relocation assistance is available.

As the company continues to grow, they're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner directly with the President in strengthening culture, building employee trust, coaching leaders, and driving organizational excellence to help shape the future of the organization.

What You\'ll Do

What We\'re Looking For

• Ability to build trust while maintaining fairness and consistency
• Union manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Automotive or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus
