Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner directly with the President in strengthening culture, building employee trust, coaching leaders, and driving organizational excellence across a diversified manufacturing client in Upstate, SC.

The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, employee and labor relations, coaching supervisors, and strengthening policies to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing
• Strong employee relations background
• Leadership coaching experience
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trust while maintaining fairness and consistency
• Union manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Automotive or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus
