About the role:

The Regional Human Resources Manager leads HR operations within their region, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and global policies. They serve as a trusted advisor to regional managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people management. The role supports performance management, leadership development, and organizational objectives, while maintaining audit-ready HR operations and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The HR Manager acts as the regional voice within the global HR team, translating regional needs and collaborating on growth initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational design. They manage regional leadership and manager relationships.

Your contribution will be:
HR Service Delivery and Partnerships
  • Deliver high-quality HR service to employees and managers, ensuring responsiveness and thoroughness.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations, providing suggestions for addressing changes.
  • Proactively manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and thorough investigations.
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration and manage right-to-work and immigration actions, including visa monitoring and coordination.
  • Build trusted relationships with regional managers to support effective team management.
  • Monitor HR metrics to inform regional HR needs and strategies.
  • Partner with the Global HR team and provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the WEx team on initiatives and projects.
Workforce Planning
  • Assist HRBPs with regional workforce planning, sharing relevant information.
  • Support gap analysis and organizational modeling based on business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align talent plans.
Talent, Performance, and Engagement Management
  • Develop and deliver training with clarity and confidence.
  • Support performance management cycles and provide coaching to managers.
  • Drive employee engagement through listening efforts and sentiment analysis.
  • Support managers' personal development with coaching and feedback.
  • Implement HR programs with feedback from business and leverage COEs for engagement and compliance.
Minimum qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner.
  • Minimum 3 years in the high-tech industry.
  • Experience in Washington, California, and Florida for candidates in the AMER region.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of regional HR practices and legislation.
  • Experience working with sales teams.
  • Experience in benefits setup and review processes, if applicable.
  • Optional: experience in global HR teams.
