Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Coordinator, HR – Learning & Capability Development (External) to oversee end-to-end coordination of enterprise development events and programs, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate execution.

You will work with OD Managers and partners, manage LMS setups, reports, vendor invoices, budgets, and support multiple classes concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience coordinating programs, HR operations, or learning operations.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute enterprise development programs and classes.
• Manage scheduling, enrollment, logistics, materials, and on-site support.
• Administer learning systems, rosters and evaluations, and report metrics.
• Handle vendor invoices, budgets, and contract terms with finance support.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal partners and vendors.
