Job summary

You will manage the NextLevel App, SharePoint, and vendor contracts, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver analytics to inform strategy. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in L&D and strong communication skills, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in learning & development, organizational development, training, talent management, or consulting.
• Experience managing complex programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with LMS Systems, SAP & PowerBI.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable processes.
• Strong partnership skills and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee targeted development programs and the Rive Reine portfolio.
• Coordinate speakers, facilitators, vendors, logistics, contracts, and communications.
• Project manage and implement new programming year over year.
• Deliver nomination, Rive Reine, and learning metrics reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Forecast and manage L&D budgets.
• Lead project management for key L&D initiatives.
