Job summary

You will administer learning systems, track attendance and evaluations, and support vendor contracts while partnering with OD managers and program leads. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Forms).
• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, learning operations, HR operations, or a related role.
• Ability to manage work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver accurate results with guidance.
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing invoices or budgets, and supporting contract-based work.
• Experience managing multiple programs or events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset when working with internal partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned enterprise development programs and classes following established processes.
• Manage full program lifecycles including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and post-session follow-up.
• Support multiple classes concurrently with overlapping timelines.
• Provide strong customer service to internal customers and external vendor partners.
• Own invoice processing, budget tracking, and spend monitoring with finance as needed.
• Verify contract terms and vendor structures before payment actions.
• Prepare and route vendor agreements and renewals based on annual needs.
• Maintain accurate budget tracking and alignment with leadership.
