Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across HR domains (Center of Excellence, Global HR, Plant HR).
• Work with a dedicated mentor and senior leaders for development and exposure.
• Rotate outside Westerville, OH to other US locations or internationally to build global leadership readiness.
• Engage in workshops, training, and cross-program collaboration to accelerate growth.
