Job summary

Uline is seeking a Human Resources Manager at our Kenosha branch to lead HR operations for 750+ employees. You will drive recruitment efforts, coach an HR team, and ensure compliance with policies while partnering with managers to foster an exceptional working environment.

With 7+ years of HR experience and knowledge of ATS and labor laws, you will guide the HR function, implement best practices, and contribute to a best-in-class workplace culture at Uline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and people management.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledgeable of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for 750+ warehouse, sales, facilities and office employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute high-growth recruitment strategies.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application.
