Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics LLC (CLI) in Denton, Texas seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes on site. This role partners with the Plant Manager to align workforce with strategic priorities and maintain a positive, compliant workplace.

Candidates should bring 7+ years in HR leadership within manufacturing and strong knowledge of employment law.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related HR field.
PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred.
7+ years of HR leadership experience.
5+ years in HR leadership in manufacturing environment.
Experience in Manufacturing/Operations/Logistics/Warehousing/3PL/Automotive manufacturing is highly preferred.
5+ years' experience with employment law, workers' compensation, FMLA, and OSHA.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Ensure compliance with CLI processes, programs and policies.
Lead processes to attract, recruit, reward, and retain a high-quality workforce.
Source and recruit for CLI professional positions; onboard selected candidates.
Partner with Plant Manager to deploy site and workforce to execute strategic priorities.
Coordinate with Leadership to manage Operations and achieve results.
Maintain a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
Organize resources to achieve business objectives; build and maintain leadership.
