Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join the CLI team in Denton, TX. Lead hourly personnel, drive process improvements, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Supervisor and leadership to implement 5S, visual management, and accurate inventory handling while training staff and maintaining records. Automotive experience is a plus and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment; automotive experience a plus.
• 1+ years’ experience leading/hourly personnel.
• Ability to train others on section processes and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
• Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes that require improvement in material flow, line support, 5S.
• Shift review with leadership team to include visual management and inventory logistics deviations.
• Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
• Investigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure.
• Develop/Implement process initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Responsible for continuous improvement.
