Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Confidentiality of employee and student information is required.
• Bookkeeping and payroll experience is preferred but not required.

• HR duties including processing monthly payroll, timecard administration, and leave requests.
• TRS and PERS monthly reporting.
• Transportation tracking and contract issuance for employees.
• Assist Business Manager with employee insurance and workers' compensation.
• Supply inventory: stocking and distributing supplies to schools.
