Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources Department with day-to-day departmental needs. This internship will help you acquire skills and abilities and provide you with vast knowledge into our various projects.

Responsibilities

• Writing and posting job descriptions.
• Filtering resumes and performing phone screenings for entry level roles to drive recruiting efforts.
• Scheduling phone and in-person interviews, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.
• Checking employee references to ensure proper vetting.
• Assisting in the planning of company events and internal gatherings.
• Helping to organize HR files and resumes.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Working towards your Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field.
• Passion for the Beauty Industry, a plus.
