This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, events, and HR operations, helping you build practical skills in a fast-paced beauty brand environment. You will write and post job descriptions, filter resumes and conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, check references, and assist in planning company events.

ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources Department with day-to-day departmental needs. This internship will help you acquire skills and abilities and provide you with vast knowledge into our various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and posting job descriptions.
• Filtering resumes and performing phone screenings for entry level roles in order to drive recruiting efforts.
• Scheduling phone and in-person interviews, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.
• Checking employee references to ensure proper vetting.
• Assisting in the planning of company events and internal gatherings.
• Helping to organize HR files and resumes.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Working towards your Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field
• Passion for the Beauty Industry, a plus
• Must have a positive, team player attitude
• Must communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
• Must have the ability to problem solve and manage time successfully
• Must be highly organized and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
