Job summary

FedEx is offering an internship in Memphis, TN. The role provides real-world HR experience across areas such as Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning and Development, Recruitment, and HR Analytics, with close supervision.

You’ll present long-term solutions and participate in networking events during a 10-week program. The position requires current enrollment in a bachelor’s program with a 3.0+ GPA, no prior experience, and a willingness to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or related major.
• No experience required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions; sponsorship may be available for full-time roles depending on the role and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in HR areas: Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Workforce Strategy & Planning, HR Systems, Employee Relations, Business Consulting, Enterprise Health Care, and HR Analytics.
• Present and deliver long-term solutions with significant business impact.
• Participate in networking and community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
