Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in HR, business administration, organizational development or related field.
• Junior or senior undergraduate student preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Onsite work in Waltham, MA and availability for three-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review and maintenance of employee handbooks, policies and related documentation.
• Assist with HR policy and compliance projects and tracking updates.
• Help develop workflows and processes within the HRIS.
• Support HR team with data entry, reporting and HRIS activities.
• Assist with employee communications, presentations and other HR projects.
• Provide administrative and project support to HR leaders and business partners.
• Conduct research to support HR initiatives and organize materials.
• Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.
