Estes Construction is seeking an HR Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role offers exposure to payroll, talent sourcing, training, and development within a collaborative construction environment.

Interns will gain practical experience, work on cross-functional projects, and participate in committees and continuing education while enjoying mentorship and the potential for practical career growth in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in HR or related program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to work on-site
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
• Commitment from May – August (Summer 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support the processing, coordination, and delivery of training programs, employee rewards, and company policies that promote a stronger, more effective workplace
• Assist with documentation tracking
• Collaborate on a cross-functional project with interns and leaders across departments
• Participate in company initiatives, committees, and continuing education
