Job summary

UPS seeks an HR Specialist to enforce HR policies and support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance across multiple UPS locations. The role requires close proximity to operations and may vary by site, including on-site learning facilitation and onboarding/offboarding activities.

The candidate will collaborate with Operations, recruiting partners, and external customers, communicating HR processes clearly and contributing to culture change. Travel to support events is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Compliance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel to support recruiting events and operations initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Fountain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes effective relationships between HR and Operations partners and stakeholders.
• Composes clear communications of HR processes and updates to stakeholders.
• Supports organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Provides consultative partnership with business management through strong organizational skills.
• Develops tools to organize, prioritize, delegate, and meet HR initiatives timely.
