UPS seeks an HR Specialist to enforce HR policies and support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance across multiple UPS locations. The role requires close proximity to operations and may vary by site, including on-site learning facilitation and onboarding/offboarding activities.
The candidate will collaborate with Operations, recruiting partners, and external customers, communicating HR processes clearly and contributing to culture change. Travel to support events is expected.
This position communicates and enforces human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, etc. This position provides HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility and requires close physical proximity to business operations covering one to multiple UPS locations. This position performs responsibilities that may vary by location including, but not limited to, the management of employee concerns, inquiry management, programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on-site learning facilitation.
$27/HR.

The base pay for this position ranges from $22.15/hr to $41.30/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
