Qualifications

• Must be a Master’s student with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Master’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Intern will assist with the coordination and execution of various tasks and processes within the Corporate HR Department.
• This internship requires strong communication skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to work well under pressure while driving results.
