Based in Findlay, OH with additional locations such as Galveston Bay and Los Angeles refineries, this full-time internship

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in a graduate program for Human Resources or Labor & Industrial Relations.
• Strong academic performance.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree seeking program for the duration of the experience.
• Military experience a plus.
• MIN $26.32/MAX $37.80

Responsibilities

• Interns work on meaningful assignments and participate in projects throughout the experience.
• Projects may be team-based or individual with a final presentation near the conclusion of the internship.
• Support HR Business Partner activities including performance management, employee and labor relations, compensation, recruiting, training and development.
• Interact with client groups on HR issues across the organization.
• Possible assignment to a Center of Excellence in HR such as Talent Acquisition or Learning & Organizational Development.
