Enfinity Global in Miami is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join the Americas HR team. You will support data management, benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and policy compliance in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will work on onboarding, reporting, and HR process improvements, while gaining hands-on experience across headcount, turnover, and employee inquiries. This internship offers growth, mentorship, and exposure to climate-focused energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of internship experience and/or coursework in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Assist in administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communications with employees and vendors.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and deadlines compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and smooth offboarding for exiting employees.
• Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other metrics.
• Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes for efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and admin matters.
