Job summary

Mycronic is seeking an Associate, Human Resources in the Global Technologies division to support HR operations and employee engagement across the die bonding business line. This role offers broad exposure to employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience, with strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting, learning and development, talent management, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and genuine interest in helping people and organizations thrive

Responsibilities

• Support Our People & HR Operations: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across Oracle HCM and ADP; respond to questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures; handle sensitive information; process HR invoices and expense reports.
• Make Benefits Easier for Employees: Administer benefits programs; guide enrollment and life events; coordinate with providers.
• Support Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs; track participation and evaluations; identify improvement opportunities.
• Help Build a Great Culture: Participate in Employee Activities Committee; contribute to engagement initiatives.
• Help Us Find Great Talent: Support recruitment process from postings to interviews; conduct reference checks; ensure a welcoming candidate experience.
