Job summary

Mycronic is seeking an Associate, Human Resources to join our Global Technologies division in a role that supports employees, strengthens culture, and helps the organization grow. You will gain broad, hands-on experience across employee relations, benefits, recruiting, learning and development, HR operations, and engagement.

You’ll collaborate with employees, leaders, and HR partners in a collaborative environment where initiative and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years HR experience in recruiting, learning & development, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and genuine interest in helping people and organizations thrive

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and maintain confidential records across Oracle HCM and ADP.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion; ensure timely vendor payments.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and claims questions.
• Coordinate and administer employee training programs; track participation and evaluations.
• Contribute ideas to improve training experiences and employee development.
• Participate in Employee Activities Committee and help plan engagement events.
• Support recruitment from postings to interviews and candidate communications.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to create a welcoming candidate experience.
