Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with varied audiences.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Interest in compensation, job architecture, organizational design, or HR operations.

Responsibilities

Design and administer intake questionnaires and data collection tools to gather accurate job information from leaders and stakeholders.
Develop standardized job description templates, guidance materials, and supporting resources to promote consistency across roles.
Support communication and change management efforts by sharing project objectives, timelines, expectations, and key updates with leaders and stakeholders.
Assist with organizing project materials, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities to improve the job description process.
