Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a paid internship with the Compensation team to design, develop, and implement standardized job description processes and tools. This role creates intake processes and templates, and supports communication and change management activities across leaders and stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and compensation practices while contributing to a high-impact enterprise

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate with varied audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer intake questionnaires and data collection tools to gather accurate job information.
• Develop standardized job description templates, guidance materials, and supporting resources to promote consistency across roles.
• Support communication and change management efforts by sharing project objectives, timelines, expectations, and key updates with leaders and stakeholders.
• Assist with organizing project materials, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities to improve the job description process.
