Job summary

ConocoPhillips is offering a Human Resources Intern program for Summer 2027 across Bartlesville, OK; Houston, TX; and Midland, TX. Interns receive on-the-job training, orientation, field trips, seminars, and mentorship, with a final presentation to HR leaders.

The role supports HR Business Partner, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits, while gaining exposure to multiple HR functions. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field; senior or graduate student.
• Expected graduation date Fall 2027 through Spring/Fall 2028.
• Available for internship start mid-late May 2027.
• A minimum of ten (10) weeks’ availability for internship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partner role supporting various lines of business.
• Talent Management (recruiting, talent development or learning).
• Compensation & Benefits projects.
• Additional projects spanning different HR functions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
