The ConocoPhillips’ Human Resources Summer Internship Program includes exciting job assignments, a company and HR orientation, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars, and opportunities to meet upper management. You will be assigned a supervisor who will provide formal/informal feedback along with mentorship and guidance throughout your internship. You will also be assigned a mentor to help support your personal and professional growth. Near the end of your internship, you will be asked to develop and give a presentation to HR leaders about your work assignment, as well as what you learned from your overall experience with the program. Assignments will be at one of our sites located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; or Midland, Texas.
