BRC is seeking two motivated HR interns to support onboarding, orientation, recruitment coordination, and employee relations within a nonprofit setting in New York. The role emphasizes organization, professionalism, and interaction with new hires, staff, and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Interns will help prepare materials, coordinate orientation sessions, assist with ID photos, and ensure proper onboarding paperwork while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with HR partners.

The internship provides a flexible schedule; however, interns must be available to work on Mondays and Thursdays to support key onboarding and orientation activities.Additional hours and workdays may be scheduled flexibly in coordination with the Human Resources Team.
