Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking an Analyst III for HR Reporting & Analytics. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate HR data insights, building dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across Oracle HCM, Power BI, and related systems.

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate needs into robust reporting solutions. Responsibilities include developing reports, performing data validation, and pursuing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Science, or related discipline with 4 years of related experience in reporting or data analysis.
• In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience is required.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, Workday).
• Able to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Designs and develops reports and dashboards with moderate complexity; performs basic testing and validation.
• Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration with HR and business teams.
• Maintains documentation of report development processes and ensures data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business questions into technical reporting requirements.
