Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking an Analyst III within the Human Resources Reporting & Analytics team to deliver timely data reports, dashboards, and insights for HR and business leaders.

You will translate stakeholder needs into technical specs, develop ad-hoc and recurring reports, and ensure data integrity and privacy across platforms. The role requires strong collaboration with HR and Finance, proficiency in SQL and Excel, and experience with reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in reporting or data analysis, or 6 years without a degree.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools such as Oracle HCM OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Workday) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent data requests from HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (Oracle HCM, Power BI, Excel).
• Develop dashboards and scheduled reports for HR and business leaders.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across reports.
