Job summary

This temporary, full-time role in HR Operations supports front desk staff, I-9 verifications, and office logistics, with a hybrid schedule (3–4 days on campus) to keep the HR office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch customer service to HR customers at the front desk and via channels.
• Triaging inquiries and routing ServiceNow tickets; using Workday and other systems to gather facts.
• Support HR staff by overseeing supplies, equipment orders, and front desk staff.
• Assist with I-9 verifications and employment verification processes.
