Job summary

Rancho Health MSO, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR partnership across the organization. The role supports lifecycle HR needs and leads HR efforts for acquisitions, affiliations, and growth initiatives.

The HRBP will guide employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, HRIS, and compliance while coordinating with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal to drive successful integrations and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment practices and requirements.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, integrations, or significant organizational growth.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR lead for acquisitions, affiliations, de novos, business integrations, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage HR project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables from assessment through post-integration.
• Review workforce information and assess populations, structure, compensation, benefits, and time-off programs.
• Identify gaps, risks, and decisions; develop recommendations or escape appropriately.
• Coordinate HR deliverables across Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, Legal and external partners.
