Job summary

Samsung Biologics’ Rockville site is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR initiatives, conduct LOA and termination reporting, and manage Workday onboarding and LOA activities. The role collaborates with management to coordinate return-to-work dates and supports orientation and onboarding for new hires.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of HR experience and fluency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

Support HR initiatives and KPIs for the HR department.
Run weekly termination and LOA status reports.
Perform Workday LOA reconciliations and update Workday accordingly.
Coordinate return-to-work dates with management and employees returning from LOA.
Process Workday new employee onboarding requests.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interview panels.
Support new employee orientation and onboarding.
Ensure compliance paperwork (I-9) is complete and resources are provided.
Create HR department knowledge articles and document processes.
Support the employment verification process and monthly HR reports.
Assist with benefit enrollment and liaise with HQ on HR tasks.
