Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in an HR role with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory trainings and safety trainings.
• Maintain work structures by updating job descriptions per HR objectives.
• Collect, record, and analyze HR data; report insights to leadership; manage HRIS and payroll systems.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees; collaborate with managers on needed competencies.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance and talent management.
• Handle employment inquiries and refer sensitive matters as needed.
• Attend disciplinary meetings and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations; review policies accordingly.
• Stay informed on HR trends and best practices.
