Job summary

Toyotetsu Texas Inc is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, attendance, training, and policy administration while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

The role reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager and requires 3+ years of HR Generalist experience. The position is full-time in San Antonio, TX, with an Exempt classification and a 50k-60k salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and ADA-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations support across the organization.
• Serve as HR resource for workplace concerns, policies, attendance, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Assist with employee relations investigations and prepare summaries.
• Coach supervisors in addressing performance, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Keep HR records and documentation accurate and confidential.
