Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of responsible experience in non-routine work
• Experience with HR systems and administrative machinery
• Ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to HQ or a large local NEX Activity complex.
• Assist with recruitment planning to meet local and district staffing needs and diversity requirements.
• Advise on staff retention, reassignment, and promotion of associates.
• Participate in Compensation Program Administration including wage surveys and salary schedules.
• Coordinate training sessions for managers on HR policies and procedures.
