Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field is required OR a High School diploma with related experience.
• Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third-party payor requirements is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Coordinates new hire and benefits orientation and training programs.
• Administers benefits program and 401K enrollment and questions.
• Maintains HRIS and employee files; supports payroll liaison.
• Advises managers on performance, compensation, and workforce planning.
