You will handle training, student relations, and recognition programs while contributing to a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CHRM-CSP, CHR, or CHHR preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources.
• Customer service and communication skills emphasized.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Employee Relations including investigations and coaching.
• Assist in New Manager Training and materials development.
• Handle employment inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Participate in new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Assist in administration of student scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and Career Pathways.
• Perform HR tasks including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and employment law.
