• Proven experience in human resources management with focus on talent management, recruiting, and training & development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of human capital management including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management programs to promote continuous development.
• Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA and OSHA.
• Support change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design projects and workforce planning efforts.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure data collection integrity for reporting purposes.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively.
• Assist in developing affirmative action plans, succession planning strategies, and implementing HR sourcing techniques using platforms like Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, among others.
