Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, associates, and leaders.
• Proactive, resourceful approach to finding and engaging potential candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for entry-level positions across the organization, from sourcing to screening.
• Source candidates via job boards, career fairs, partnerships, and other channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings to identify strong matches.
• Partner with hiring managers to create a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate internship program recruitment, onboarding, and activities.
• Support onboarding, new-hire orientation, and associate engagement initiatives.
• Provide general HR support and maintain confidentiality.
