Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team in LaVergne, TN, just outside Nashville.

You will guide all aspects of HR delivery across the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, associate relations, leave and benefits administration, and training.

Responsibilities

• Administers employment lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, relations, leave, benefits, and training.
• Delivers orientation and educates new hires on policy.
• Advises management on regulations, policies, and HR practices.
• Supports associate relations including investigations and recommendations.
• Escalates complex matters to senior HR leadership as needed.
• Supports compensation, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
• Maintains HR records and generates reports.
