Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR Generalist experience in a high-volume environment.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative HR support to site management and translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Manage associate relations, including investigations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Respond to EEOC/legal complaints and advise on policy interpretation.
