Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting corporate, professional, multi-location, or remote employee populations preferred.
• Experience providing employee relations guidance and supporting workplace investigations.
• Experience with employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, performance management, and HR systems.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance practices, and confidential recordkeeping.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states or jurisdictions is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 70% between offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for assigned corporate functions and remote team members.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, benefits, procedures, and resources.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees through regular communication.
• Partner with HR leadership to deliver a consistent employee experience across locations.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Guide managers on performance expectations, coaching, corrective action, and communication.
• Support workplace investigations and document outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, and HR records.
• Support recruitment for corporate and remote roles and onboarding plans.
• Assist in performance management and employee development processes.
• Help drive engagement and culture-building activities for corporate and remote populations.
