• Hands-on experience with the Paycom system and solid Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recruitment partner to hiring managers and division assistants.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding for faculty and staff.
• Administer and maintain Paycom records and timekeeping workflows.
