RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a motivated HR Generalist in Grand Junction, CO to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. This exempt, full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services in compliance with employment laws.

You will manage job postings, ATS workflows, new hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and benefits enrollment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day recruiting activities, including posting positions, screening candidates, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
  • Draft job postings and coordinate approvals with hiring managers; use ATS to manage candidate activity and records.
  • Create offer letters, promotion/job change memos, labor certifications, and other employment-related documents.
  • Prepare justifications for hires by evaluating education and experience against budgeted labor categories.
  • Support onboarding activities, including processing I-9 documentation and E-Verify for designated locations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
  • Create and process employee data change forms and other personnel actions.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding recruiting, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions, enrollments, and leave programs.
  • Assist Benefits SME with audits, compliance, and special projects.

Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a HR Generalist who will be responsible for supporting the overall HR function within an organization by providing a wide range of HR services and support to employees and management. This includes tasks such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The objective is to ensure that the organization has a skilled and motivated workforce, effective HR policies and procedures, and a positive work environment that aligns with the company's goals and values. In this position the focus is all aspects of recruiting and supporting benefits.

Status: Full-Time

FLSA: Exempt

Hiring Range: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The salary offered will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)

This position requires less than 10% of travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day recruiting activities, including posting positions, screening candidates, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
  • Draft job postings and coordinate approvals with hiring managers. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate activity, update dispositions, and maintain recruiting records.
  • Create offer letters, promotion/job change memos, labor certifications, and other employment-related documents.
  • Prepare justifications for current and new hires by evaluating education and experience requirements against budgeted labor categories.
  • Support employee onboarding activities, including processing I-9 documentation and E-Verify requirements for designated locations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Create and process employee data change forms and other personnel actions.
  • Respond to employee, applicant, and manager inquiries regarding recruiting, benefits, HR processes and day-to-day activities.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions, enrollments, qualifying life events, and general benefits administration.
  • Assist Benefits SME on annual audits, compliance activities, and special projects. Assist employees with navigating benefits, leave, and HR-related resources.
  • Support the Benefits SME with leave administration processes, including FMLA, disability, and related employee leave programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Driver’s License

Essential Physical Requirements

Sedentary: Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs may be defined as sedentary when walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
