Job summary

CFS is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our Peabody, MA site, onsite. The role covers full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives within a growing manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of HR experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills. SHRM/PHR or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• SHRM, PHR, or other HR certification preferred.

Location: Peabody, MA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
