Campbell's is hiring an HR Generalist to support human resource activities in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will handle employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and policy administration, while maintaining high morale and engagement across the site.

The role requires 2+ years of HR Generalist experience (manufacturing/supply chain preferred) and an Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to client base in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Handle performance management, recruiting, and employee relations to foster high morale.
• Administer HR policies and ensure consistent interpretation across site.
• Coordinate site activities with leadership to maximize resources and engagement.
• Administrative HR tasks including payroll support, onboarding, and HR systems maintenance.
